History[]

Originally the mob is being run by an unnamed individual called "The Godfather", and the mafia is operating in the cellar of an old office building, Bart Simpson stumbles into the cellar only to meet Fat Tony, the underboss of the mob, and after picking the winning horse and mixing some drinks for the other members, than Louie, Legs, and Joey, they hire Bart as a bartender, they have him mix drinks in the cellar clubhouse and even hide cigarette shipments in his room, the mob talks with Seymour Skinner over a disagreement with Bart that ends with Seymour sending the mob out of his office, unfortunately Skinner later fell and majorly injured himself, he was later pronounced missing and Bart fears that the mob killed him, fortunately this was not the case and Bart was found innocent.

Sometime later the mob has a dispute with Krusty the Clown over his unpaid debts and they confuse Homer Simpson, who was a Krusty impersonator at the time for Krusty and they attack both him and Krusty, we also meet Don Vittorio DiMaggio, who would replace the original Don for unknown reasons, Vittorio makes a deal with Homer and Krusty and makes them do a trick or else they will be murdered, they succeed in doing the trick and it is revealed the debt was only $48.00 dollars, which Krusty pays off, we also first see Johnny Tightlips in this episode.

After Homer (while working as Joe Quimby's bodyguard) discovers the milk in Springfield Elementary was coming from rats in the mob's factory, Homer steps in but it doesn't go well as Homer and the mayor are attacked, fortunately Homer fights of the mob, but Mayor Quimby is not so lucky as he is brutally beaten and sent to the hospital, causing in Homer being fired.

Following Krusty the Clown's discovery of his daughter, he selfishly auctions her violin to the mob to get some cash, after seeing how disappointed she is, Krusty breaks into the mob's compound to steal back the violin, and accidentally causes a gun to discharge by knocking it over causing a shootout to happen.

Fat Tony and several other criminals can be seen in prison in The Seven-Beer Snitch, where they revolt against Homer for snitching. On the outside trouble aroused a few episodes later when Homer lost a mob debt while betting, but Homer let them use the house and everything was sorted out.

Meeting the new Underboss[]

While visiting Tony's grave to pay respects Homer is kidnapped by Tony's fit cousin, Fit Tony in order to be killed, but while because of Homer's stories about Tony, the captor does not kill Homer because Tony still lives on in Homer's memories, but the stress causes the new boss to start overeating, and he went from Fit Tony, to Fit-Fat Tony, to just Fat Tony like his predecessor.

We later find out Fit-Fat Tony adopted Michael following the loss of his father.

While Fit-Fat Tony was on Jury Duty Dan Gillick took over as the boss and made lots of budget cuts, but after being tasked by Tony to kill some unneeded employees, Dan frightenedly accepts, but later confides in Homer that he is scared and doesn't want to be a murderer, but later changes his mind and Homer has to prevent him in killing the associates.

Fit-Fat Tony is shown to have an interest in betting and sports in episodes following these with dilemmas relating to them. Tony also has Marge decorate the interior of a brothel.

In Go Big or Go Homer they attack Homer and Mike Wegman after they lost a debt while betting, but they eventually make a truce with the mob getting a share of Mike's businesses profits and pedaling drugs out of the food truck.

Tony later goes to jail for the first time in The Fat Blue Line after being setup by Johnny Tightlips in a major pickpocketing scheme, Tony strikes a deal with Wiggum, who knew of Tony's innocence from an old video, where Tony claims he will never pickpocket, and Wiggum has Tony bust his own mob while wearing a wire, Tony obliges and finds out what Johnny did from Frankie the Squealer, and a shootout begins, but the cops arrest the mob and Tony is free.

Tony even becomes Maggie's godfather at some point and spends a lot of time with her, even buying an entire arena with shows for her, but Johnny betrays his once again and the mob revolts on Tony, however Tony and the Simpsons escape the arena, and Tony steps down as Maggie's godfather.
