AI Meets the World

We are witnessing unprecedented interest in AI, particularly Gen AI, within the insurance industry. According to LTIMindtree’s survey, 89% of insurers are actively experimenting with Gen AI, yet only around 12% have managed to advance it into full-scale production. As the industry seeks to transition from concept to actual deployment, insurers face significant challenges—risks, security concerns, and the limitations of traditional IT frameworks, which are often insufficient for managing this advanced technology.

The theme for this year’s forum, 'AI Meets the World,' addresses these pivotal issues by exploring the real-world experiences of those who have successfully operationalized Gen AI.
Attendees will hear firsthand stories from insurers who have navigated the journey from experimentation to production, gaining insights into the practicalities and pitfalls of deploying AI at scale.
