This Healthy Chocolate Avocado Smoothie has only 5 ingredients and is so delicious! This will be your new favorite go-to smoothie for breakfast or a snack!
So with this Chocolate Avocado Smoothie, I’ve combined my love for chocolate and my love for creating a healthy smoothie to go with that craving.
Chocolate Avocado Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 Avocado pitted and scooped out.
- 1 frozen Banana
- 2 Tbs Raw Cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 Tbs Honey
This smoothie is full with super foods. Avocados have almost 20 nutrients and minerals in them, which makes them some sort of a super food. It’s a good healthy fat to have in your diet.
Cacao Powder is loaded with flavonoids, which are shown to help lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to the heart and brain.
How to Make a Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
- Add the Almond Milk, Banana, Avocado, Cacao Powder and Honey to a blender.
- Blend until Smooth
