’ is making waves the world over as it continues its dominance over the worldwide box-office. The film that released on January 25, has collected an astounding sum of Rs 78.88 crore (an estimated USD 11.60 million) at the international box-office. Collections at the domestic box-office have shown no signs of slowing down either.

The total worldwide gross collections read a whopping Rs 259.42 crore!

With a brilliant run at the ticket counters, the film went on to record the highest earning Bollywood weekend grosser in Singapore, apart from breaking a number of other records in the domestic market.
Trade analysts predict a further rise in the ‘Raees’ box-office numbers over Saturday and Sunday. The Shah Rukh Khan, Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer is, however, sharing the weekend business with the Hrithik Roshan-Yami Gautam revenge-drama ‘Kaabil’.

The Rahul Dholakia-directed movie has been doing brisk business since day one of its release. Critics are crediting the film's power-packed performances, hard-hitting dialogues and the foot tapping music for the feat. 'Raees' is also being applauded for Shah Rukh's return to celluloid as the angry young man after more than two decades.
