IDD Regions and Strains
Candidate Insulin dependent diabetes (Idd) regions on chromosomes 1, 3, 4, 6, 11 and 17 have been annotated in both the CL57BL/6J reference strain and one or more of NOD/MrkTac, NOD/ShiLtJ and 129 strains. Vega contains a comparative analysis of these regions in the different strains.
