As a way to assist our Technical Official's development, we host a number of workshops, in-person and via online platforms. Information on how to watch and participate in these live are emailed to our TO database. Alternatively, replays will be posted below. Louise Mellington gives a presentation on the roles and responsibilities of a Starter at all levels of swim meets, including both club level and national level.
Tracey Rowell describes her experiences as a referee as well as giving an overview of the positions responsibilities and the knowledge needed to attain your referee accreditation.

Swimming Australia's head of Integrity and Risk, Lydia Dowse gives an presentation focusing on integrity and risk in our sport, as well as the responsibilities of technical officials in regards to child safety in Victoria. This is an important topic that addresses the responsibilities of everyone who is on and around pool deck at swim meets.
