Welcome to Age UK Camden
We are a local independent charity, established in 1965, who have been supporting older people in Camden for more than 50 years. Our role is to help those over 55 stay active, connected, independent and to empower them in later life.
Information & Advice
We offer free, independent advice through our Information & Advice team. If you need advice about welfare benefits, debt and money, housing, accessing services, charitable grants, support with arranging Lasting Power of Attorney and later life planning, we are here to help.
Health & Positive Living Hubs
At our Day Care Centres, Henderson Court and Great Croft, we provide a wide range of activities and workshops as well as being a specialist centre caring for older people with complex needs. The centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of outings and special events.
Befriending
Our in-person and telephone befriending services are here to support you or a loved one to stay connected and offer a friendly listening ear to anyone who just needs a chat. We also offer befriending for people living with dementia.
