I truly appreciate the company that sent me my order! First, I enjoyed how they sent it to me a couple days earlier than expected. Second, I loved how they wrapped the product. I could tell that they actually put some thought into what the customer ordered and shipping it out. Third, I appreciated the small cardboard inserts on both sides while the CD was still wrapped! It helped the CD stay in perfect condition and it made me happy that they did not want the CD to get damaged in some sort of way.
Overall, the CD was in perfect, wrapped condition. The CD worked with the songs playing in the correct order that they were labeled on the back of the CD and when looking at the front of the CD (it showed the lyrics which I was very pleased about. Not sure if that was Sam Smith's part in the product or not.). The CD played perfectly to the songs.

I bought the 2-LP version of this album. It was pressed in the Czech Republic on virgin vinyl, 180 gram, and the vinyl is completely quiet. No inner groove distortion, no sibilance, no distortion of the sound. The album comes in a nice gatefold with one photo of Sam. My problem with the vinyl issue is that it's very expensive, and for that much money there should have been a booklet of some kind included in the gatefold, also a sheet with the lyrics. I understand the CD issue includes those. Sam sings clearly, but the music drowns out some of the words. Capital Records UK should have included both of these items for the cost. Seems a bit shoddy in presentation. Bare bones, as it were. A big disappointment.
