Stories
Having bladder cancer can be a lonely experience. Reading the words of others who have “been there, done that” can help people feel less alone. We created our Bladder Cancer Stories section to enable patients and caregivers to tell their own stories of what it’s like to live with or love someone with this terrible disease. We hope you find comfort in these stories.
Read Frank’s Story: “We are not alone in this battle.”
Read Dean’s Story: “You have to remember that life does not end when you’re diagnosed with bladder cancer.”
Read Tami’s Story: “My mind was stuck on the fact that I had cancer.”
Read John’s Story: “My first thought was denial and then panic.”
