Ed Sheeran Confirms He Has A Song On 1D's New Album 'Four' (original) (raw)

The 'Don't' star says the new One Direction record currently has one of his songs on the tracklist.
One Direction's new album is coming… and Ed Sheeran's confirmed he's teamed up with the boys once again.
1D and 'Sing' star Ed have worked together several times in the past, with Ed writing them songs like 'Moments' and 'Little Things' for their previous records.
And now it's been revealed that the UK singer-songwriter has yet another track on One Direction's recently announced studio album 'Four', which drops in November this year.

"I got a call from Cowell the other day," Ed told MTV News this week, revealing that he's been told his song has made the final album track-listing. "But you never know, it might happen last minute where it's taken off, like that's how it works in this industry."
1D themselves also teased what fans can expect from the Ed penned future hit, saying it's "more of a ballad". Oooh, we like the sound of that!
The 'Best Song Ever' stars announced new album 'Four' earlier this month, as well as dropping a new song called 'Fireproof' for free as a treat for fans.
"We're so excited to announce our fourth album, FOUR!" One Direction said in a statement to announce the release. "We've worked incredibly hard writing and recording it whilst we've been on the road and we couldn't have done it without your support.
"As a special thank you for everything you guys have done for us we wanted to give you 'Fireproof', it's a track from the album and you can get it for free right now."
Rumour has it Naughty Boy has also been working with the boys on a song called' One Chance To Dance' for the record, after his sessions with band member Zayn Malik.
One Direction will release their brand new album 'Four' on 17th November and you can pre-order it right here.
