About | cary-deuber (original) (raw)

Born in Hartford, Connecticut & spending my early years on the East Coast and in Ohio, I moved to Texas for High School. I went to Baylor University where I got my Bachelors in the Science of Nursing.

I went straight to work at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas where I initially settled into Vascular and Trauma Surgery. I then went back to school at UCLA and got my Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant Degree. I finally transitioned into Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery & started working for a plastic surgeon who mentored me and taught me in my mid twenties. I went back to school to get my CRNFA where I started freelancing a bit more and working for different surgeons. This is where I met my AMAZING husband, Dr. Mark Deuber and became work buddies. Today, I work with Mark, who is a highly sought after Plastic Surgeon in Dallas, Texas at our growing practice. I love what I do and feel so blessed to be able to help people with my husband.

Life is never dull with my husband, our sweet daughter and my two amazing step kids. We make family time a BIG priority & used to take about 14 weeks of vacation each year. But since COVID, we've had to make some changes! In addition to being a wife, mom and registered nurse, my passions are yoga, food, travel, and philanthropy. I am also an animal lover and mommy to our fur babies Tilly (maltese) and Izzy (sheltie).

I hope to spread positivity, love and light through my blog, social medial, and more!
