High-performance computing cluster of Information and Computer Center of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, is a part of "Kyiv University Network" project. First attempts to construct computing cluster were performed in April 1999 at the Scientific Experiment Automation Sector of Radiophysics Faculty of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University computing cluster belongs to the BEOWULF-type heterogeneous clusters. System consists of 22 dual-processor nodes based on Intel® Pentium-III 933 MHz and 1GHz, Intel® Xeon™ 2.0GHz and 2.4 GHz, Intel® Xeon® EM64T 3.2 ���.
