Queen Industries was owned by Robert Queen until his death, when his son, Oliver Queen, inherited the company. Oliver was later forced off the board of Queen Industries, which served as a catalyst to him becoming the Green Arrow.
Oliver paid little attention to Queen Industries after that, and it changed hands several times until, it was bought by Isabel Rochev, also known as "The Queen". The Queen used the power of Queen Industries to virtually take over Star City.
