About Crucible

Crucible Sports offers our members the highest standards in Cue Sports. Our clubs based in Newbury and Reading are fully licensed Sports Bars designed to deliver high quality Snooker, Pool and Darts facilities.

Snooker

The Crucible Sports and Social Club boasts some of the best snooker facilities in Berkshire.

Pool

We have 20 high class Blackball Pool Tables and 8 Supreme Winner Pool tables across our two clubs, all maintained to the highest standards.

Darts

A spacious feel to our Darts Areas, coupled with arena seating, make our darts facilities an ideal home venue for any local darts teams.

Live Sports

We have a selection of large screen TV’s and big screen projectors at all of our clubs. SKY TV is available at both clubs showing all live sports events

Parties and Events

If you’re planning a party, why not talk to us about our free venue hire and catering? We can also arrange the hire a DJ from one of our many preferred local DJ’s.

Costa Coffee

Our club located in Reading has a Costa Coffee machine. Our staff have been trained to serve all of the Costa Coffee favourites!
