About Me
I am a post-doctoral scientist in the Bilmes group at University of Washington. My research interests center on computational biology and machine learning. I received my Ph.D. from theMachine Learning Department at Carnegie Mellon University.
My current projects include the use of dynamic Bayesian networks for interpreting tandem mass spectra (i.e., proteomics), and submodularity.
