She’s been more out of the limelight than in it in recent years, after the hugely successful Footballers’ Wives came to an end.
So it might explain why Zöe Lucker looked a little out of practise when it came to posing as she left the ITV studios on Thursday.
The 38-year-old raised her eyebrow in a cartoon villain like way following her appearance on Loose Women.

Looking as if she had been frozen in time, as well as being caught off guard the actress showed off her blemish-free complexion.
With her peroxide blonde hair styled off her face it drew attention to her wrinkle free skin.
Dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans with a cream lacey top, Zöe showed off her slim figure.
Frozen in time: While the actress doesn't look like she has aged much she looks vastly different to how she did at the height of her career
She teamed the pretty top with a leather jacket, adding a tougher feel to her look.
Her chic outfit was accessorised with a pair of black platform heels and a black leather handbag.
Zöe, who is well-known for playing Tanya Turner on Footballers’ Wives, was appearing on the chat show to talk about her current storyline in Waterloo Road.

Joining the cast in June of 2012 Zöe plays Carol Barry, the head of a Liverpudlian crime family.
Her current plot involves her on-screen daughter Kacey Barry, played by Brogan Ellis, who is about to confront her family about her gender issues.
The episode which will air on Thursday evening, shows Zöe reacting badly when she is called to the school for a meeting to discuss her daughter's future, after she declared that she feels like she is a boy inside.
Funny face: Zöe pulled a range of rather amusing faces as she left the studio perhaps out of practise posing
Speaking to the Loose Women, the mother-of-one said: ‘Watching last week's episode, Brogan who plays Kacey did such a lovely job with such a sensitive situation and sensitive issue. It was heartbreaking to watch.’
Style tips: It looked as if the actress had been taking tips from her Waterloo Road character Carol Barry
She continued:‘There's a lot of people who wonder whether it's just a phase, when actually these people have been growing and living with this all their lives. [You think of] the isolation they must go through and how vulnerable they must be, especially going through their teens at school.
‘[Carol] buries her head into the sand. She doesn't understand it, so she won't confront it. As far as she's concerned, it's someone putting ideas into the child's head. It's really, really sad.’
She also revealed that because her character doesn’t appear in every episode the storyline was a surprise to her too.
‘I came back in episode 19 and I've had this time gap where all their storylines have all continued on, and I'm dropping back into it,’ she said.
‘Because you don't get the scripts unless you're in the episode, I literally got back to Glasgow and was like, 'What's going on? What's this meeting?' They were like, 'Oh well, actually Kacey - your youngest - has got some identity issues and she wants to start calling herself Robbie!' I was like, 'Okay, great!'’
The actress also took the opportunity to share that she had already filmed her last scenes for the show.
She shared:’ I actually finished filming about three weeks ago - I did my last two episodes there then. It was fantastic, but it is a bit of a juggling act when you've got to get to Glasgow and you've got a little one.’
