Odette Annable To Recur On CBS' 'Golden Boy', Byron Mann On CW's 'Arrow' (original) (raw)

EXCLUSIVE: House alumna Odette Annable has been tapped for a recurring role on CBS’ midseason drama Golden Boy, about the meteoric rise of a cop (Theo James) from his days as an officer to detective to police commissioner. Annable will play ADA Kat O’Connor, a young, attractive Assistant District Attorney with a complicated marital history who prosecutes cases brought by the squad. Annable also just booked a recurring role on the upcoming Cinemax drama Banshee, marking the second consecutive year that the actress will juggle two series simultaneously after doing Fox’s House and Breaking In last season.

Byron Mann has landed a recurring role on CW’s new drama series Arrow. In a multi-episode arc, Mann will play “an enigmatic man who has a complex connection to Oliver Queen/Arrow (Stephen Amell). Mann also plays a villain in Universal Pictures’ upcoming The Man With The Iron Fists, presented by Quentin Tarantino and starring RZA, Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu. He also wrapped the upcoming Bangkok-set thriller A Stranger In Paradise and video game Sleeping Dogs.

Shelley Hennig (The Secret Circle) is set to recur on the upcoming MTV comedy series Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous after guest starring in the pilot. She plays Christy, the cute girl next door type whom Zach Stone (Bo Burnham) tries to woo in any way possible. Repped by Gersh and Alchemy Entertainment.
