Emulators Online - free Atari 8-bit, Atari ST, and Apple Macintosh emulation (original) (raw)
Welcome to Darek Mihocka's Emulators.com web site. Since 1986 my collaborators and I have pioneered the development of some of the world's first Atari 8-bit, Atari ST, and Apple Macintosh emulators for MS-DOS and Windows PCs, published papers on emulation, contributed to third party emulators such asBochs, and authored over a dozen U.S. patents onemulation and virtual machines. What started out as a hobby in the 80's has turned into a 30+ year professional career at tech giants such as Microsoft, Intel, and Amazon. I was on the ground floor of such projects as x86 emulation for Xbox 360, Windows HPC compute instances for the AWS cloud, and Time Travel Debugging in Windows. For the past decade I have had the privilege of a front row engineering seat in the evolution and rise of**Windows on ARM** for Qualcomm Snapdragon and Apple Silicon M-series processors. As we enter 2024, ARM64 threatens the market leadership of AMD and Intel. The industry now finds itself in an intense CPU IPC Supremacy Race which is leading the way to faster laptops, better developer tools, and longer battery life! New to ARM64? A lot of people still are, that's ok. Allow me to share my knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm about ARM64 with a series of online tutorials and videos I am calling ARM64 Boot Camp.
