3.1 to Mohammad Hafeez, Given out and Hafeez goes for UDRS. LBW. It landed on a good length outside off stump and moved in to hit the pad above the knee roll in front of leg and middle stump. The height was in question. And would it have hit the leg stump? Hawk eye says it would have clipped the top of the leg stump. And that has been given out.. 16/1
Tyson Gordon 0.3 0 1 0 2.00 3 0 0 1 0
Harvir Baidwan 8 1 35 3 4.37 32 4 0 2 0
8.5 to Ahmed Shehzad, And he has imploded. The adrenalin was kicking in. He tries to heave this delivery on the up and over mid-on but couldn't clear. Gordon dived forward to take a good low catch.. 42/2 12.5 to Younis Khan, Younis trapped lbw. He charges up to Kamran, has a chat, and asks for UDRS. It was a full delivery on the middle, tilting in towards middle and leg. Younis played all around it and would have lost the leg stump. Three down and wobbling. What a start this by Canada.. 55/3 42.6 to Saeed Ajmal, that will do, full and on the stumps, Canada's version of Malinga if you please, Ajmal plays all over it, and the ball thuds in to the off stump, Pakistan fall well short of 200 in the end. 184/10
Rizwan Cheema 8 0 33 2 4.12 27 2 0 3 0
15.3 to Kamran Akmal, 67 for 4. The minnows are mincers. It was a short of length delivery and there was some width on it but Kamran cut it straight to backward point. The shot was on but the execution was poor. Kamran mutters to himself as he drags himself off the park.. 67/4 40.5 to Shahid Afridi, dear me, Afridi has given it away, not for the first time, not for the last, it was a wayward full toss wide outside off stump, Afridi reached out and went swinging wildly at it, and the chance was happily swallowed at backward point, Canada are delighted. 181/7
Balaji Rao 10 0 50 2 5.00 31 4 1 1 0
34.6 to Umar Akmal, that's gone, Balaji has his man after lots of effort, it was bowled shorter, flatter, Umar went on the back foot looking for the turn, there wasn't any, it hurried on after pitching to strike him in front of middle stump, there is no doubt about that one, what a time to strike, Umar was looking to up the rate. 140/5 38.2 to Misbah-ul-Haq, what have we here? Misbah is gone, but what a way to depart, it was going straight down the leg side, Misbah decided to have those fine tickles, but this time it was the finest of them, and settled into Bagai's gloves, lovely anticipation from the keeper. 165/6
Jimmy Hansra 6 1 23 2 3.83 17 0 0 0 0
41.1 to Abdul Razzaq, huge wicket, Hansra roars, tossed up on middle stump, Razzaq wanted to flick it from the crease, played all around it in the end, flicking across the line, that is dead plumb, Razzaq is a goner, two more to go, can Pakistan get past 200?. 181/8 41.4 to Wahab Riaz, Balaji it is at slip, and he has somehow managed to hold on to this outside edge, between his legs, it was there for the drive, he went for the drive, the edge flew to Balaji who grabbed at it twice, but it was destined to settle between his thighs as he went down, remember Tariq Iqbal, the Kenya keeper 'catching' Brian Lara in the 1996 World Cup, it was that kind of 'catch'. 181/9

Abdul Razzaq 7 2 16 1 2.28 33 1 0 1 0
4.5 to NR Kumar, Clatter! Around 129 kmph delivery and it was the typical Razzaq dismissal. That one that has troubled the likes of SRT. It landed full in length just outside off and skidded towards middle and off line. Kumar went for a drive, and went slightly outside the line. It goes through the bat and pad gap.. 16/2
Umar Gul 7 1 20 1 2.85 33 1 0 4 0
3.6 to R Gunasekera, Shout for lbw turned down. Will they go for UDRS? They don't.. hold on wait.. they go for it after considerable deliberations. It landed full in length on the leg and middle stump line. It landed in line and straightened to hit him in front. That's out and Harper gives it out. Guna was playing too much across the line and has paid for it now. As he walked away Guna, suggested that there was an inside edge.. 16/1
Shahid Afridi 10 0 23 5 2.30 47 2 0 3 0
17.1 to A Bagai, loud appeal for lbw Harper turned it down. They go for the review. Looks plumb. It landed full on the middle stump line and it just about straightened enough to trap him in front. Harper reverses his decision. Bagai has to go. He drags himself off the park. Finally, it was that lbw that got him. It almost seemed inevitable that that's the way this was going to end.. 44/3 34.6 to Rizwan Cheema, Clatter! What a lovely intelligent delivery. It was a lot slower than what Cheema anticipated. He was way too early into his attempted big heave-ho to the on side. The ball came on slowly and broke back in from outside off to gently hit the off stump.. 111/5 36.4 to AS Hansra, Shahid Afridi has done it again. It was that typical drifting and skidding slider. It landed on a good length around off and hurried on towards the off stump. Hansra makes a mistake of trying to cut. He tries to bring the bat down in an hurry but the ball is quicker. The off stump is pegged back/. A very fine innings but it's over now.. 114/6 36.5 to HS Baidwan, What a quick ripper! It was the pacy seam-up delivery. Afridi the leggie had transformed into Afridi the pacer. It landed full in length and breached the defenses of a surprised Baidwan. He had no clue and hence, no chance to save his stumps. The ball rushed through the hurried poke, hit the pad and fell on the stumps. Pakistan fans would remember the dismissal of Greg Blewett (or was it Steve Waugh). 114/7 38.4 to TG Gordon, Afridi throws his head back and roars as he looks up to the sky. Wahab has taken a good catch in the end, after misjudging initially. It was the googly and Gordon skied the slog. Wahab came in from the deep, almost looked as if he would not take it as he stuttered as he came near the ball and then lunged out to take a good catch in the end.. 130/8
Wahab Riaz 5.5 0 23 1 3.94 25 3 0 2 0
42.5 to H Osinde, Pakistan win by 46 runs. Full, straight and fast. The bat is late in coming down. Clatter!. 138/10
Saeed Ajmal 8 0 31 1 3.87 30 1 0 3 0
33.3 to ZE Surkari, loud shout for lbw The quick seam-up delivery. They go for another review as the umpire negates this one as well! It landed full in length on the leg stump line, moved across with the arm, hit the pad in front of the middle - the ball clipped the pad before it hit the bat - and it would have hit the off stump. Looks out. And the verdict is OUT. Harper has to reverse another decision. And Surkari trudges off in complete disappointment. 104/4
