| Toftir is part of a chain of villages stretching over a distance of 10 kilometres on the east side of Sk�lafj�r�ur-inlet on Eysturoy. Toftir has a relatively big harbour with a fillet-factory that was started in 1969. The church in Toftir was built in 1994. In the hills high above the village is a sports-arena. It is called �� Svangaskar�i�. | ||||
