What are the limits for Free accounts?

Free accounts are not allowed to:

Free account limits apply to all content on Flickr regardless of Privacy Setting. This includes posts marked as Friends and/or Family and Private. Content that exceeds these limits is at risk of suspension or deletion.

Want more flexibility? Upgrade to Pro to post Moderate, Restricted or Commercial content, and for unlimited storage, ad-free browsing, and advanced stats.

We may terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly violate Flickr’s guidelines or refuse to address non-compliant content.

How can I bring my account into compliance?

To restore your account, you can:

1. Upgrade to Pro

Upgrading to Prowill automatically remove the suspensions for Moderate, Restricted or Commercial Content from your account.

2. Remove non-compliant content

Once non-compliant content has been removed, contact Trust & Safety to request review.

Received a suspension or warning email in error?

If you believe your account is in compliance and you’ve received a suspension or warning email in error, please contact us to confirm your account’s standing.

What happens if I do nothing?

If your account is suspended for violations of Free Account Limits, it will not be restored unless you upgrade to Pro or remove non-compliant content. In addition, further restrictions may be placed on your account, and non-compliant content or your account itself may be deleted.
