Victor Vance is the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, and the brother of Lance Vance, an accomplice of Tommy Vercetti in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Victor becomes heavily involved in the drug trade sometime between Vice City Stories and Vice City, and is the dealer that Tommy visits at the beginning of Vice City, before being ambushed and killed by special forces.
