It is therefore of vital importance that you communicate with the fans especially if you have a meet and greet. You need a translator with you at all times and one that is fluent in both languages and is there when you need him the most.

There obviously has to be some media coverage for the tour, and you need a translator service to make effectively the communication between you and the media possible. This will not only help you get better media coverage so that you do not embarrass yourselves, but it will also translate to more ticket sales. You do not need a translator that is just translating word for word and what you are trying to convey may not come out right.
