Review

A group of doctors and patients are holed up in a hospital, while the world around them has fallen prey to a terrorist group that has launched a plague. They have an air filtration system that will run as long as a diesel generator continues to work. A young female doctor has taken on the role of the caregiver and overseer for the group. Several are harsh and resentful of her. They don't like her bossing them around, even though their survival has depended on it. One day, a soldier arrives with a package with a vaccine. It is enough for three people. She now carries the weight of that decision on her shoulders. At some point, she faints from exhaustion, and the evil characters find out what she knows. They have resented her care for an old cancer patient and a little orphaned boy. See how this all plays out. Once again, the conclusion is pretty simplistic, but the story itself holds us in its grasp.
