Kirkcaldy 4 All: Supporting Our Town
WELCOME TO THE BID WEBSITE FOR KIRKCALDY.
In 2010, local businesses and property owners voted to establish a Business Improvement District (BID) in Kirkcaldy and in March 2015, Kirkcaldy 4 All was voted back in for another five year term by the BID Members. We are an independent company, separate from Fife Council, which provides additional projects and services to those that the Council or other public services provide.
A Business Improvement District is a defined area within which businesses pay an additional levy in order to fund projects within the district’s boundaries. Kirkcaldy 4 All has made excellent progress in delivering services and projects, agreed by the BID Board and its partners, which increase the appeal of the town and improve trading conditions. Kirkcaldy 4 All Business Plan
This Plan outlines the activities which have been accomplished to date and also the BID's plans for the next five year term (2015 to 2020). We believe that by working together, we can increase footfall, reduce costs, stimulate investment and enhance the reputation of our town.
