President's Message
KIA is pleased to have our new website up and running, as we move forward, we will make more enhancements, and include translations for our unilingual members. I trust you will find it informative, and a place where all the resources and forms you require can be found in one place. This website will be one of our communications platforms that we will use to get information to you on what KIA is doing on your behalf, as well as a way that you can apply for the many programs we offer. Other communications platforms that we use are our Facebook page, radio and newspaper announcements and community bulletin boards. I want you to be more aware of what we do, and I value your feedback.
KIA is your organization to assist you with Land Claim related matters and we take our mandate seriously. With board representation from each community in the Kitikmeot, and staff in all our communities, you can reach out to us locally through our Community Liaison Officers when you require our assistance.
During my term as President, I maintain an open-door policy, so if you ever need to reach me, I am available by phone or email as per below.
Koana,
Robert Greenley
