Drawing Lake Michigan up to the sky and soaring 87-stories, Aqua is one of Chicago’s most architecturally-significant buildings. The fluid contour of Aqua’s exterior creates distinctive floor plans with most residences having their own unique balcony design. Designed by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang, Aqua is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2011 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award for best high-rise.

Aqua includes 262 condominium units, 475 rental apartments, 9 townhomes, 334 hotel rooms plus two ballrooms, 60,000 square feet of retail and office space, and 115,000 square feet of amenities. CVS/pharmacy anchors a 37,000-thousand square-foot retail component with a 12,000-square-foot pharmacy on the ground level.
