Lake Spivey Civic Association – Welcome to Lake Spivey (original) (raw)
News and Events!
Get ready for 2024!
July 4th Northshore HOA and the LSCA committee are once again joining forces to bring you a 4th of July parade and party! Stay tuned for more information.
The Lake Spivey fireworks show will be Thursday July 4th starting at dark! This year LSCA has hired a band to play on the dam from 7 PM to 11 PM as well! Please come to the east side of the lake and anchor down for a spectacular show! As always the lake is idle speed after dark and hundreds of boats are expected so please proceed carefully.
In case of a water emergency call our patrol boat at (678) 767-8779. Please note our patrol is not available 24-7 so for a true emergency dial 911.
Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! On behalf of the Lake Spivey Civic Association(LSCA), we would like to welcome you to our lake community officially. We are honored that you have chosen to call Lake Spivey home.
As you settle in, we have assembled a welcome packet containing information and resources that we hope will help you get acclimated to your community.
Your neighborhood HOA oversees the properties, communication, and activities of your subdivision. Please contact your neighborhood’s LSCA Director.
The LSCA board is committed to preserving the lake’s integrity and maintaining the lake’s safety and property appearance. The following documents guide our residents and are included for your reference.
Please take the time to read through the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations documents.
We highly recommend that you and your family participate in Lake Spivey’s orientation. Children ages 12-16 must take LSCA’s lake orientation and pass an LSCA Rules and Regulation Test
Governing Lake Spivey
The operation of our lake is governed by the Lake Spivey Civic Association board of directors.
The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of Lake Spivey.
We also have two LSCA staff positions that are available to assist you.
Lake Spivey Administrator
Faith Bishop serves as the Lake Spivey Administrator. She assists with billing, watercraft registration, closing letters, and general member services. Please contact your HOA or LSCA neighborhood director for any issues or questions pertaining to your physical property.
