Feeeeed meeeee, Seymour....it's Audrey! Okay, so this isn't ME dressed up, but I hope you'll let me submit my character, Audrey, from Little Shop of Horrors. Her head is made from paper mache applied over a big balloon. I used a coat hanger and a long cardboard tube to form her neck. Warning: if you make your own Audrey, test her weight before you go too far. My Audrey suffered from a case of "big head," and I had to put bricks in a big clay pot to hold her in place. Her tongue, leaves, and a few other parts are made from cardboard pieces that I cut into shapes. When she was nice and dry, I painted her and added some fake flowers. I'm a gardener (in fact, I wrote a book about gardening), so I HAD to make a monster plant, right?
