Fast [14 Jun 2007|07:47pm]
I'm planning on a 10 day no-cal all-liquid (with the exception of multivitamins) fast from 6/15 to 6/25. Anyone interested, my AIM is atthedrivein3742 and my e-mail is atthedrivein3742@yahoo.com. I need all the support I can get through this (it's the longest fast I've ever done).xoxo Sadieee!

Today went really well compared to the rest of my week =]B (water, vitamin, gum) - 1 cal.L (diet green tea, cheese) - 90 cal.S (1/2 bottle VitaminWater) - 62.5 cal.D (chicken tenders) - 230 cal.T - 383.5 cal. =]Plus, I exercised for 1 1/2 hours.And cleaned my whole house basically.Tomorrow: No more than 600 cal. and exercise at least 2 hours.xoxo Sadieee!PS: I haven't gotten amenorrhea yet, on the other hand, I started spotting between my periods. Is That a side effect of low body fat percentage? Or is something actually wrong with me? I checked my BFP and it's 14.6% and I've heard that amenorrhea starts below 12%, so I'm really confused. Hmm... Any ideas? It would be appreciated!

eh, being a typical teenager during summer, i stay up pretty late, two is usually the earliest for me. and it sucks, i do so well during the day but then im alone at night and just raid the kitchen and throw it all away. how do you guys ward off your late night cravings? summers almost over for me so hopefully ill get on a better schedule but as for now ive been gaining weight, im like 177 i think as opposed to 173 when i first joined the community.

[ mood | accomplished ] i dunno how much i've lost, haven't really beenreally checking but keepin' up with pilates.tanning ^_^ lookin' really good lol i got hit onacouple times last week felt really good. startin' to look at clothes for school wich is motivating me even more to exercise and stuff.saddly i know my cause of my weight.. its cuzof soda... i'm an addict... seriously... andanother is stress. hopefully i'll get rid of itwhen i get a car and my licence i'm goin' tojoin the Ymca and swim daily and work out ^_^.

[ **mood** | hopeful ] Wow Ive lost 5 pounds in about a week. I feel so great!! ^6^Ive been running a lot and eating lean:~Breakfast: Glass of 2% milk with a cup of cereal, piece of fruitSnack: Handful of almonds and a tablespoon of peanutbutterLunch: Tortilla with a lean piece of chicken and veggies/ water or tea or natural fruit juiceSnack: Maybe the same, or different sorts of nuts. But I love PB so yey!!Dinner: Large salad with Lemon/Limes for dressing, water or tea or natural fruit juice~I am working out for about 1 1/2 hrs... I know I need about 2 hrs or higher, but 1 1/2 kills me XD so yeah.I am so happy that I am sticking to everything. Keep up the good work guys ^6^+Ray

i really want to try this, i just never have money for it and i think you might have to be 18 to buy itits coffee that supresses appetite and gives more energy (naturally) than a normal cup of coffee. i remember a few months ago i saw some guy on the news talking about how much weight he lost by just drinking a cup in the morning and another in the afternoon. so if youre a coffee drinker, you should check this out. its called JavaFit coffee.http://www.javalution.com/index.cfmas of now im down 3 pounds since my original post, im not sticking to anything strict, just doing what feels right. i was thinking though, last night i went to bed weighing the same weight i did when i woke up, and since weight always goes down while you sleep, i woke up less than the day before. do you think it would be healthy to make it a point to weigh the same when you go to bed as you wake up in the morning? and its not like i had starved myself or anythingi hope everyones having a good summer keep motivated :)

So I must confess, I am an ok belly dancer. I’ve taken a couple of classes and a couple of my cousins advices. It is very good on your hips, tummy, buns and arms.The figure-8 is the first thing that they teach you. Stand in one spot, legs at a considerable length apart and move your tummy/hips together in a figure-8. Try not to move your upper body along, so as to create an illusion of “worminess”Yeah, just dance around!!! Its fun and you burn a lot of calories!! Turn on the music, blast it and let go!!!+Ray

[ mood | accomplished ] Well, I just got back from the *new improved* gym at my school. They just added new ellipticals and possibly repainted. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical, and now I'm going to walk home (about 2 miles).Food so far:Breakfast:Odwalla Super Protein LatteLunch:Better 'n Peanut Butter + jam sandwichlight string cheeseSnack:6 dried apricots11 almondsLotsa water. Don't know yet what I'm having for dinner, something with veggies.

Hey. I just thought I would thank the mod of this community. It really is a great thing that you started this, and I am happy to know that I am on my way to losing weight.
