Favorite Activities: singing, writing, acting, reading, and gettin' down with my bad self
School/College?: University of North Dakota
Career Goals: to go to graduate school in Theatre and either become a director of musical theatre or college professor in theatre directing
Favorite Book/Current Read- Do you like yes/no, why? etc: My favorite book would have to be, at the present moment, "Catcher in the Rye." I first read this book in high school and I found myself able to relate very well to the main character who ends up going through the book feeling alone and misunderstood. My current read, however, is "Cold Mountain" for a summer class I'm taking and it's really boring. It's about a Confederate soldier who gets injured and sets out to try to find his way home. I'm not really digging at this point.
Favorite type of music: Classical and Showtunes

Favorite movie: Magnolia
Tv show?: Six Feet Under...I LOVE that show...
Favorite Food: Chicken Lo Mein...with chopsticks and all
Do you like AOL: All I know is that there is something fundamentally wrong with the software I have for "America Online: Japan"
If you could be alive during any time period, which one would it be: I'm quite content in this time period but if I had to pick a different one, it would totally have to be the renaissance, a major high point in the area of artistic expression
If you could change one thing that has happened to you what would it be: I wouldn't have moved three times during high school.
What do you think about religion: people need to be able to believe whatever brings them comfort and keeps them motivated to go on living--it's an individual choice and experience
Silliest moment: I once sprayed pepper spray on my hand and then licked it just to see what it would taste like as part of a dare. NEVER EVER EVER try it at home.
If you could be any vegetable what would you be? And why?: I would want to be a brussel sprout because I was the only child in my family that would eat them when I was younger so I know they could use a friend---ah, the messed up days of my youth...
*Does anarchy really rule: There always has to be someone in charge...otherwise who would they have to make fun of on SNL???
Cats or Dogs: Cats...not the musical though
If you weren't doing this application right now, what would you be doing: I would either be watching "Into the Woods" (because I have to take it back today) or discussing Order of the Phoenix with my friend (who just finished reading it) over MSN
5 words to describe yourself: open-minded, determined, relaxed, optimistic, helpful
2 words to describe toliet paper: too thin (at least the stuff they provide here at school)
2 very interesting facts about you: I have lived in all four corners of North Dakota, I've only traveled to one country outside the United States but would totally love to just spend a year in Europe some day.
