Well Ive been having my issues lately but a friend sent along some of the music from the Lion King on Broadway and I remembered how much I LOVED the music. I actually sat there crying as I listened to it. I don't think I will love any other place more than Africa...I always felt like it was 'home' for my soul even though I had never been there. So my friend suggested drawing our characters in TLK broadway style...so I doodled in oc whilst I listened to the various tracks he had (unfortunately only a handful and not all of them x.x).

Balaa had fun with her :D

Balaa in color. The colors chosen are very symbollic to her/me. She is heavily garbed and her cloathes is intended to represent her armour/my outer shell (for those of you that know me you will know exactly what I mean). The dark colors represent her dark side/the darkness within, the blue hues represent her spirit, her soul. They are worn on the inside so she can conceal them with her outter robes. (ie shield her inner self). The gold represents my aggressive/energetic side as with the reds.

my friend nick?tau's chara..pose reffed because I loved it.

in color. His character is a very bold charasmatic vibrant character. very outgoing and energetic, thus the colors. the blacks represent his dark sides which do not often show but are nonetheless present. He specified he wanted clawed hands. The red represents his hot headedness as he can be easily angered..the red also represents his scars in some places.

and bagheera. The colors go much the same way as balaa. The blue representing his soul, the red his heart.

and another I was doing for Bagheera when depressed. I have worked on it a bit since but not much.

and finally an almost finished badge for Mid/Kcrayvenyote. I still need to add in the earrings :).
