L.I.U. post-season basketball (original) (raw)

The L.I.U. A.A. played in Amateur Athletic Union (A.A.U.) tournaments; the team would include freshmen ineligible in intercollegiate play, and usually no seniors in the post-season. Following 1951, the LIU varsity team played as the L.I.U. A.A. for a few years before intercollegiate basketball was restarted
