Powers/Abilities: Lightning Bug did not necessarily display any superhuman powers, although on the only panel he was seen in, he was in the air, so it was possible that he had some sort of flight ability. Judging by the lightning shapes on his costume, Lightning Bug could have possibly possessed lightning or electric-based mutant powers.
History: (X-Force I#129) - As X-Force left the Mojave Desert tryout arena where mutants competed for a spot on their team, the mutant water-manipulator Wash-Out blasted Lightning Bug with a rush of water.
Lightning Bug's real name and codename were revealed in Anarchist's entry in OHotMU A-Z Hardcover#1.
