Marthoma College of Management and Technology was established in 2005 as a full-fledged business school. The College has ‘Minority Educational Institution’ status granted by the National Minority Commission for Educational Institutions, Government of India. MCMAT, one of the top MBA colleges Ernakulam offers MBA program affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, recognised by the Government of Kerala and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The MBA program widely acclaimed for its strong curriculum in the industry and academic circles is being offered at MCMAT from 2006. It is designed to impart knowledge of core subjects such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems and International Business with special emphasis on developing skills and competencies through exposure to real business situations in the form of case studies, role play, communication and interpersonal skills, decision making and conflict management and enrichment programmes through Mentoring. The MCMAT has close linkages with the industry to assess emerging needs and incorporates them in its enrichment programs.

At MCMAT we strive to convert people into future oriented managers whose skills and competencies would enable them to succeed in this evolving corporate and business scenarios of the future, but at same time who are upholders of high ethical standards and who are empathetic to fellow human beings. We at MCMAT in addition to the prescribed syllabus, prepare the students with industry oriented add-on courses and relevant training programs so as to make them industry ready. We involve them in various student activities to give them hands on experience in management.
