Iron Man 3 is an ominously exciting, shoot-the-works comic-book spectacular.

Black proves the perfect blacksmith, forging smart new tech and scenarios for the swaggering super-genius. If this does turn out to be Downey Jr.’s final solo outing, it’s a very strong exit.

It's The First And One Of The Funniest MCU Movie I've Ever Watch, And I Love It

It sharply fuses the humor and heart of the earlier films with a satisfying heavy-metal

Iron Man 3 has the stuff to please the devotees and divert everyone else, which is pretty much what's expected from the curtain-raiser of any summer season.

The real question for audiences isn’t whether Tony Stark/Iron Man defeats the latest supervillain (of course he does), but whether the movie itself rises above the dreaded third-in-a-sequel torpor of "Spider-Man" and "The Dark Knight." Spoiler alert: Yes, mostly, it does.

In other words, Iron Man 3 -- once more delivering a satisfying combination of humor, action and dazzling set pieces -- provides everything fans of the franchise expect.

Judged solely in comparison to its corporate cousins, Iron Man 3 is a defective model. It’s lightweight but slow, padded with cheap jokes to disguise how hollow it is.

The villains are all wrong, the motivations are muddy, even the gadgetry is off. And the swaggering genius at the center of it all has become a preening fool.

this movie rocks! this movie is one of the best movies from 2013 along with planes!

Once again another movie with very little action. Im really disappointed in these movies. Sure the stories are good but that's it.

Un desperdicio de villano y la peor de las 3 películas de Iron man aun así es entretenida

This is also why two people can watch the same movie or TV show or listen to the same song and have vastly different experiences. Have you ever walked out of a movie feeling it worthy of an Oscar or to get to work the next day and hear a coworker say it was the worst movie they had ever seen? How can that be? We watched the same movie, right? For example, when I watched Iron Man 3, I thought Robert Downey Jr.'s performance was lackluster and "phoned in." He almost appeared bored to me. However, according to others RDJ did an amazing performance and his "take on someone with PTSD was inspired." Huh? PTSD, because of what? The alien invasion in The Avengers? I did not see it that way. And that isn't the only example. But as you can see the media we consume can garner different reactions from different people.

Just an incredible lack of respect for the viewers intelligence. The plot is not just filled but predicated on massive holes that are unexplainable. The subtitle of the film should be Iron Man: Deus Ex Machina with how much arbitrary saving graces occur. Shockingly bad and unearned.
