This two-storey wood frame house in Winnipeg was built in 1911 and occupied by Nelly Letitia McClung from 1911 to 1914. It was recognized by a Heritage Winnipeg Conservation Award (1989) and a plaque in the Memorable Manitobans: The Homes program (2010).
