681 Class Working Launch / Ferryboat: * Built by Cavite Navy Yard, Cavite, Philippines * Authorized, July 1905 * Laid down, date unknown * Launched, 09 June 1906 * Completed and placed in service as the wooden Working Launch No. 682, December 1907 * Reclassified as Yard Ferryboat (YFB-682), 17 July 1920 * Named Rosal, 1921 * Lost with fall of the Philipines, May 1942 1 * Struck from the Naval Register, 24 July 1942 * Rosal earned one battle star for World War II service

1.Rosal's DANFS entry is incorrect as to date of lost; 16th Naval District Operations Log notes Rosal as still active on 26 April 1942. She was likely captured with the fall of Corregidor, 06 May 1942.
