I am passionate about change and I want to help you to turn a corner in your life, to overcome the obstacles that stand between you and where you want to be. You might not even be able to think about where or what that is – because you’re so tired. The first step is to get your sleep on track.

I have been helping people break out of the cycle of bad sleep for over 20 years. Starting at the VA in the early aughts and moving on to private practice in 2008, I have dedicated my career to this one thing. I have honed my ability to quickly identify the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are keeping you stuck. And I will make sure that the strategies we use will move your needle and fit into your life. Change can be scary, especially when you’re struggling.

I have the experience to guide you through this process with the knowledge and compassion that gets results.
