KOh pich
Located along Tonle Bassac River in Phnom Penh, Diamond Island, popularly known as Koh Pich, measures more than 100 hectares. In 2006, Khmer-Canadian-owned (OCIC) Overseas Cambodian Investment Cooperation signed an agreement with the Cambodian government to develop and manage the island, previously known “Koh Klong”.
Canadia tower
Canadia Tower is the first highest office building in Cambodia, located in central businesee district (CBD), near to the banks, hotel, office building, shopping center..etc. The development comprised of 29 storeys of retail and office space.
Techo international Airport
The Techo International Airport is being developed around 30-40km outside of the city and located in Kandal province. It will cover an area of 2600 hectares, making it the world’s ninth-largest airport, and It is expected to be operational by 2025. This Airport is developed by the Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd (CAIC).
Norea City
Norea City is a satellite city developed by OCIC, with a budget of more than $2.5 billion. Norea City is located within the heart of the Capital city, Phnom Penh, developed on 125 hectares of land. Our goal for the investment and development is to create a center for international and national commercial hub including luxury residential area. The most iconic landmark of the city is the 555-meter skyscraper facing the Mekong River and Bassac River.
Chroy Changvar Satellite City
The Chroy Changvar Satellite City is designed to be a modern urban complex in Phnom Penh that includes large commercial centers, luxury hotels, urban pedestrian streets, office buildings, residential shophouses and apartments, combining shopping, dining and culture, leisure, schools, and other functions in one, as well as the formation of an independent large-scale business center.

Russey Keo cable Bridge
Built by Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC) for about 28 months and with an estimated cost of some US$35.08 million, construction of the bridge was complete and opened for public use on 10th of April. This 922-metre-long and 20.5-metre-wide bridge will connect Chroy Changvar Satellite City in Khan Chroy Changvar to National Road No. 5 in Khan Russey Keo.

Canadia Industrial Park N51
