RAW KICKS OFF: Recap of Eric Bischoff's time running out and his promise of signing Steve Austin.. ON STAGE: Eric Bischoff + Jim Ross.. Bischoff says that he has not heard from Stone Cold Steve Austin..Bischoff says that Vince McMahon is on his way, and that he might fire Bischoff tonight..Bischoff says that he's done everything that he possibly could to sign Steve Austin..Bischoff asks the crowd to let Vince know how much they appreciate his efforts (boooooos)..Bischoff gets frustrated, fearing his hours are numbered, and decides to bully JR & The King..Bischoff says he knows Jim Ross has been encouraging Austin to sign with fans..Bischoff says that it's Jim Ross's fault that Austin hasn't signed..JR suggests that maybe it's because Steve Austin hates Bischoff's guts for firing him from WCW..Bischoff says he thinks Jim Ross deserves to be fired..Bischoff tells Jim Ross that he's fired! -- Until he can deliver Stone Cold to RAW!Outside the arena we see a stretch limousine pull into the parking area.. PARKING LOT: Eric Bischoff + Triple H & Ric Flair & Batista & Randy Orton.. Bischoff runs out to greet the limo, prepares himself and opens the door..Bischoff expected Vince McMahon to step out but instead saw Triple H & Ric Flair..Triple H asks why Bischoff has such a long face?? MATCH: Test w/Stacy vs Christian.. Jonathan Coachman joins Jerry Lawler at the broadcast table..Test pins Christian to pick up the victory..After the match, Christian crotches Test, and then hits the unprettier..Christian shoves Stacy over and bullies her..Jeff Hardy runs down and makes the save, knocking down Christian.. BACKSTAGE: Jim Ross.. Jim Ross on the stage trying to get ahold of someone..Irrelivant Note: Howard Finkle was waddling around in the background.. MATCH: Booker T vs DLo Brown w/Teddy Long.. Booker T comes out and dedicates his match to his friend "Goldy"..Teddy says that the electricution of Goldust was the best thing that could happen to Booker..Teddy says that what Booker T should be doing is teaming up with DLo..Booker T knocks DLo down and the match begins..Booker T makes short work of DLo, pinning him for the victory.. BACKSTAGE: Eric Bischoff & Sean Morely + Chris Jericho.. Jericho walks in and talks to Bischoff/Morely about his match with Test at No Way Out..Bischoff says he has a little more to deal with right now..Jericho says that Jeff Hardy needs to be taught a lesson and he's the man to do it..Morely steps in and gives Jericho a match with Jeff Hardy.. DIVAS MATCH: Jazz vs Molly Holly.. Jazz wins using the STF on Molly, but continues to be a bully after the match.. PARKING LOT: Jim Ross & Howard Finkle.. Jim Ross answers his cell phone and talks to someone named "Steve"..Howard Finkle jumps in and asks Jim Ross if Steve Austin will be appearing tonight?Jim Ross says that was his friend "Steve" from Oklahoma..Jim Ross tells The Fink to STOP EVESDROPPING! TAG MATCH: Rob Van Dam & Kane vs Three Minute Warning.. RVD & Kane win the match and remain on the same pgae throughout the match.. PARKING LOT: Jim Ross + Vince McMahon.. Vince McMahon arrives in his limo and sees JR and automatically wonders why he's not working!Vince approaches JR as we head to commercial.. IN THE RING: Vince McMahon + Eric Bischoff & Chief Morely.. Vince McMahon doesn't waste any time in calling out Eric Bischoff & Sean Morely..Vince says he was gonne fire Morely but has changed his mind..Vince says that all Morely has to do is win his match tonight against all three Dudley Boyz!Vince sends Morely backstage to prepare for his "handicap" match..Vince asks Bischoff if he's signed Stone Cold Steve Austin yet?Bischoff tries to explain but Vince only wants a "Yes" or "No" -- Bischoff says "No"..Vince says he would love to watch Stone Cold make Bischoff's life a living hell..Vince says that since Stone Cold is not coming to RAW, then he has to fire Bischoff..Bischoff tries one last ditch effort to change Vince's mind by presenting some Hot Lesbian Action!!A couple of nice looking Lesbians come out to the ring and strut around..Bischoff tells them to give Mr McMahon a little taste of what's to come..Bischoff explains that they are not just Lesbians, they're Bi-Sexial Lesbians!!Vince says that there is a time and place for everything, and tonight he's all business..Vince tells the Lesbians to 'bisec' their asses out of here!Bischoff pleads for just a little more time..Vince looks Bischoff in the eye and says "Eric Bischoff... YOOOOUUUU'RREE FIIIREED!!!"Vince says he feels so good he's gonna sing a song -- Nah nah nah nah hey hey hey good bye! BACKSTAGE: Vince McMahon + Lance Storm & William Regal.. Regal/Storm 'suck up' to Vince McMahon about how good a job he did..Vince tells them to just wait to see who he announces as the NEW General Manager tonight! HANDICAP (EMPLOYMENT) MATCH: Bubba, DVon & Spike Dudley vs Chief Morely.. The Dudley trio absolutely demolishes Chief Morely and defeats him, so he's officially fired..After the match, the crowd demands TABLES!!Bubba tells DVon & Spike to GET THE TABLES!!!!!Bubba then Bubbabombs Morely through a table! BACKSTAGE: Eric Bischoff & Jim Ross.. Bischoff & JR meet up in the parking lot..Bischoff asks JR if he's even heard from Steve Austin -- JR says he hasn't..Bischoff tells JR that nothing that happened is personal, and just wants to be friends..JR tells Bischoff to go clean out his desk! MATCH: Batista w/Ric Flair vs Tommy Dreamer.. Batista demolishes Tommy Dreamer in no time..Batista continues to beat down Dreamer, until Booker T makes the save!Randy Orton runs down and then Triple H and "Evolution" demolishes Booker T..Scott Steiner runs down and cleans house.. BACKSTAGE: Stacy & Test.. Test asks Stacy what Jeff Hardy was doing out there tonight..Stacy says she doesn't know but she's proud of Test, cause his career is finally taking off..Stacy says that she has signed Test up for some new sponsor to get more exposure.. BACKSTAGE: Eric Bischoff & The Dudleyz.. Bischoff is cleaning out his desk when the Dudley Boyz enter and confront him..Bischoff says that he's always had the upmost respect for the Dudleyz..Bischoff picks up his things and preceeds to leave..The Dudleyz start to sing Nah nah nah nah hey hey hey good bye on his way out.. MATCH: Chris Jericho vs Jeff Hardy.. Jericho defeats Jeff Hardy by submission after a lengthy match.. BACKSTAGE: Evolution & Vince McMahon.. Vince asks where the boys are headed..Ric Flair says that the four of them are going out on the town to live it up..Vince says that they might want to stick around to see who the new GM is..Vince says that Triple H & Batista will team up next week against Booker T & Scott Steiner.. IN THE RING: Vince McMahon + Jim Ross + Eric Bischoff.. Vince says we fired a GM tonight, now it's time to hire another..Vince calls out the new General Manager..Jim Ross walks out to the ring as the crowd cheers!Vince says no no no, JR isn't the new General Manager..Eric Bischoff comes out right behind Jim Ross..JR informs Vince McMahon that Stone Cold is garanteed to be at No Way Out..Vince rehires Jim Ross on the spot and tells him to go sit down next to Jerry Lawler..Vince suggests Bischoff thinks he should get his job back too..Vince announces that Bischoff is the NEW General Manager of RAW..Vince says that Bischoff said he would do anything to be GM of RAW again..Vince says that Bischoff should join a certain club..Vince says that Bischoff is going to join the Vince McMahon Kiss My Ass Club..Bischoff apoligizes and says that he just can't do it..Vince says that Bischoff is about to join the "Get My Ass Kicked Club"..Bischoff says that if Vince has to kick his ass for him to keep his job, then so be it..Vince says that Bischoff will have a match against Stone Cold Steve Austin at No Way Out!! RAW goes off the air... After the cameras went off the air, Chief Morely & Chris Jericho went to the ring..In a shocking twist, Stone Cold Steve Austin hit the ring and delivered a series of stunners!Film director Rob Reiner and ZZ Top rocker Billy Gibbons were at the show..
