Chris Harris says he was ready since he laced up his first pair of boots in 1994..Chris Harris predicted that he would walk away the NWA champion tonight.. MATCH: "The Future" Frankie Kazarian defeated "Primetime" Elix Skipper.. Jerry Lynn came out and attacked Frankie Kazarian after the match..Elix Skipper & Jerry Lynn joined forces to chase Frankie Kazarian to the back.. INTERVIEW: Scott Hudson & Glen Gilbertti, Kid Kash, Michael Shane, Johnny Swinger & David Young.. Glen Gilbertti said he knows Vince Russo, and knew it is just another screwjob in the making tonight..Kid Kash asked Glen Gilbertti who made him boss and said he would only be out for himself.. IN RING INTERVIEW: Mike Tenay & Vince Russo + Raven & Sabu.. Vince Russo said that he made the match at the right time and that Chris Harris earned it!Vince Russo said he wanted an even playing field in TNA and said he knows the fans are behind Chris Harris tonight..Vince Russo said he hopes and prays Chris Harris comes away the new NWA World Heavyweight Champion tonight..Raven's music hit and he came out along with Sabu and grabbed a microphone..Raven asked Vince Russo why he isn't booked on the show and asked why he hasn't been given his title shot..Vince Russo said he hasn't been able to get ahold of Raven all week..Vince Russo added that he isn't responsible for what Raven does from Thursday to Tuesday..Vince Russo said if Raven wants a title shot, he will get one by teaming up with Sabu next week in a Tournament..Raven said he respects Sabu, but he doesn't need him and wants to be a singles wrestler..Russo then offered to put Raven in the #1 Contenders 10-Man Gauntlet tonight..Raven said doesn't need to qualify for something he knows he already deserves -- a title shot..Vince Russo then offered to change the AJ Styles vs Abyss (Ladder Match) to a Triple Threat #1 Contenders Match..Raven once again declined so Vince Russo proclaimed that Raven was out of options for tonight..Raven suggested that Vince Russo take Chris Harris out of the Main Event tonight and put him in.. Vince Russo said he has made his decision and Chris Harris will get his title shot tonight..Raven said he understands and brings up how he has had to deal with politics in WWE, WCW and now in TNA..Vince Russo said that is not what it is about and said he would get an opportunity down the line..Raven promised Vince Russo that he would have his full attention by the end of the night.. INTERVIEW: Scott Hudson & "The Alpha Male" Monte Brown.. Monte Brown said he can do what he wants and won't tolerate "clowns" in a wrestling ring..Monte Brown said he tried to be nice before, but now he will just be himself..Monte Brown said he would be the same person who broke necks in the NFL .. MATCH: "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown defeated Chris Vaughn with an Alphabomb.. After the match, Don Harris hit the ring and Monty Brown escaped with a smile on his face.. INTERVIEW: Scott Hudson & AJ Styles.. AJ Styles promised that he would take out Abyss tonight and would become the next #1 contender..AJ Styles said that Chris Harris was ready but that Raven makes a good point..AJ Styles says that he hasn't spoken to Vince Russo since he returned, and doesn't plan to.. MATCH: "Cowboy" James Storm defeated "The Franchise" Shane Douglas w/Tracy.. Tracy's interference backfired and it ended up costing Shane Douglas the match..Shane Douglas confronted Tracy after the match until Michael Shane came down to calm them down.. BACKSTAGE: Scott Hudson & Jeff Jarrett & Abyss + Goldylocks.. Jeff Jarrett said he wasn't concerned about Chris Harris tonight, saying he wasn't ready at all..Goldylocks then walked by talking (her 4 seconds of wasted ppv time) on her cell phone with Erik Watts..Jeff Jarrett grabbed the phone from her and started taunting Erik Watts over what it's like in the unemployment line..Goldylocks told Jeff Jarrett to never mess with her or her cell phone ever again..Jeff Jarrett said she couldn't do anything and walked away as Abyss and Goldylocks had a staredown..Editor's Note: Nice.. a ditsy blonde isn't even afraid of the promotions biggest "monster".. 10-MAN GAUNTLET MATCH: Ron "The Truth" Killings became the #2 contender for the NWA World title.. Simon Diamond & David Young were the first two participants with 1 minute intervals..~Simon Diamond eliminated David Young..Kid Kash entered the match at #3..DLo Brown entered the match at #4..Glen Gilbertti entered the match at #5..~DLo Brown was eliminated by Kid Kash..Sonny Siaki entered the match at #6..*Raven showed up and gave Sonny Siaki a DDT, then asked if he had Vince Russo's attention yet?~Sonny Siaki was eliminted by Glen Gilbertti..Michael Shane entered the match at #7..Konnan entered the match at #8..Ron Killing entered the match at #9..~Kid Kash was eliminated by Konnan..~Konnan was eliminated by Glen Gilbertti..~Glen Gilbertti was eliminated by Simon Diamond..Johnny Swinger entered the match at #10..~Simon Diamond was eliminated by Johnny Swinger..~Johnny Swinger was eliminated by Ron Killings..*Shane Douglas came down to ringside and threw a chain in the ring for Michael Shane to use..*Michael Shane threw the chain back at Douglas and said he didn't want to win that way..*Michael Shane turned around and got tackled by Ron Killings and pinned for the victory!~Ron Killings pinned Michael Shane to win the Gauntlet to become #2 Contender!*After the match, Michael Shane once again argued with Shane Douglas.. BACKSTAGE: Vince Russo & Raven.. Vince Russo told Raven to leave the building and cool off.. #1 CONTENDERS LADDER MATCH: Abyss defeated AJ Stylesto become the #1 contender! Raven appeared late in the match and distracted AJ Styles as he was about to grab the contract from above..Abyss sat up and pushed the ladder over, sending AJ Styles crashing down outside the ring on the floor!!!Abyss climbed up the ladder and got the contract to gain a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight title....Raven screamed into the camera at Vince Russo yet again asking "Have I got your attention yet???"..Vince Russo appeared on the top of the stage, and stared down at Raven shaking his head..In the parking lot, AJ Styles confronted Raven about screwing him and had to be held back by Black-shit security.. NWA WORLD TITLE MATCH: Jeff Jarrett defeated "Wildcat" Chris Harris w/James Storm to retain.. Abyss was shown watching from the rafters with the #1 Contenders Contract under his arm..Ron Killings, who was not the #2 Contender was shown watching the match from another spot..Vince Russo made his way down to ringside with a towel in hand to cheer for Chris Harris..Chris Harris clotheslined Jeff Jarrett over the guard rail, sending Jarrett onto the floor of the front row!Chris Harris jumped off the top rope OVER the guard rail and onto Jeff Jarrett in a crazy spot!Rudy Charles issued a 10-count, and both men rolled in under the bottom rope just before the 9-count..Chris Harris then started scoring a series of near falls on Jeff Jarrett, and then the referee got knocked out!Jeff Jarrett & Chris Harris brought a pair of steel chair into the ring and bashed them together..A second referee ran and Chris Harris hit a Catatonic for yet another NEAR fall on the Champ!Chris Harris went for the sharpshooter, but Jeff Jarrett kicked out and Harris' knocked the 2nd referee out!Jeff Jarrett hit Chris Harris with the Stroke and the first referee made a close 2-count..Rudy Charles had to physically take a steel chair away from Jeff Jarrett, allowing James Storm to superkick Jarrett!Vince Russo got in James Storm's face for interfering in the match after he was asked not to..Raven showed up and pulled the referee out of the ring just as he was making the count for Chris Harris..The referee ejected Raven from the premisis while Jeff Jarrett smashed a guitar over Harris' head in the ring!Jeff Jarrett called for the referee and hooked the leg to get the 1-2-3 to retain his title! CONCLUSION Vince Russo & Raven & Jeff Jarrett vs AJ Styles..Vince Russo grabbed the mic and said that if Raven wanted his attention, he got it!Vince Russo announced that next week, Raven won't like the consequences for his actions..Vince Russo congratulated Jeff Jarrett, but said the true winner tonight in his eyes was Chris Harris..Vince Russo said the next time Jeff Jarrett defends the NWA World Title it will take place in a Steel Cage!Jeff Jarrett looked shocked as AJ Styles hit the ring and attacked Raven as the show ended!
