NON (WORLD) TITLE MATCH: Jeff Jarrett w/Gail Kim defeated Jay Lethal.. Jackie Gayda came down and gave Gail Kim a tape recorder and told her to go listen to it..Jeff Jarrett was distracted and protested, then quickly finished off Jay Lethal with the Stroke..After the match, Christian Cage came out and promised to liberate the NWA World title at Against All Odds.. TAG MATCH: Team 3-D (Brother Ray & Brother Devon) defeated Buck Quartermaine & Kenny King.. Brother Ray got on the microphone and said they wanted both Team Canada and AMW but Zbyszko wouldn't do it..Brother Ray said they would let the fans vote on TNAwrestling.com on who they will face at Against All Odds..Brother Devon added "Oh my brother.... TESTIFY!!!!!".. INTERVIEW: Shane Douglas & Jerry Lynn & Austin Aries & Roderick Strong & Alex Shelley + Matt Bentley.. Jerry Lynn said they (Aries, Strong & Shelley) may have won two matches but they cheated in both matches..Matt Bentley & Tracy Brooks showed up and asked Jerry Lynn why he hasn't gotten his opportunity yet.. NON (X-DIVISION) TITLE MATCH: Samoa Joe defeated Matt Bentley w/Tracy Brooks.. TNA Consultant Dave Hebner was shown standing on the stage taking notes on his clipboard..Austin Aries, Roderick Strong & Alex Shelley watched the match and laughed at Matt Bentley.. MATCH: Abyss w/Father James Mitchell vs Rhino ended in a No Contest.. The match ended up backstage, where Rhino gored Abyss through a wall (a thin sheet of metel)..The referee threw the match out and ruled it a No Contest.. IN THE RING: Mike Tenay & Sting.. Mike Tenay talked about the return of Sting at Final Resolution and introduced Sting to the fans..Sting talked about wrestling what he thought was his last match, against Ric Flair in Panama City..Sting said he had flashbacks about beating Flair for the World title, and also the Great American Bash..Sting said the one thing that plagued him for five years was that he wasn't able to say goodbye to the fans..Sting said when TNA got on Spike TV they offered Sting a chance to come in and he put TNA over as being good..Sting said that Final Resolution was his way of saying good bye to the fans, and say thank you to the fans..Sting thanked Dixie Carter and the Carter Family for welcoming him, and thanked the fans in the Impact Zone..The fans chanted "Welcome Back!", "You Still Got It!", and "Thank You Sting!", and "Please Don't Go!"..Sting finished his farewell speech by saying he loved the fans and thanks for the memories, but GOOD BYE!Sting dropped his bat in the middle of the ring and was greeted by AJ Styles, Sonjay Dutt & Christian Cage..Christian Cage tried to talk Sting out of leaving, but Sting walked past him and exited the Impact Zone..
