PRE-SHOW: Hosted by Jeremy Borash & Christy Hemme.. Monty Brown went to the ring to cut a promo and screwed up his lines saying "King of the Ring" (as opposed to "Mountain")..TAG MATCH: Team Canada (Eric Young & A-1) defeated The Naturals (Chase Stevens & Andy Douglas w/Shane Douglas)..~~~Shane Douglas watched the match from the ramp and yelled at The Naturals after losing the match.. BINGO HALL BRAWL: Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon) defeated The James Gang (BG James & Kip James).. Before the match, Brother Ray cut a promo on the new ECW show on Sci-Fi and said there were no Zombie's here tonight!Lots of weapons used such as chairs, trash can, trash can lids, cookie sheets, a golf club, a cheese grater, and Tables.. INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & Jeff Jarrett.. Jeff Jarrett talked about being an underdog in the wrestling business ever since he broke in..Jeff Jarrett said he would make the critics who always said TNA wouldn't survive eat their words..Larry Zbyszko showed up and said that Jeff Jarrett isn't going to like who the "New Face of TNA" is.. HANDICAP MATCH: Rhino defeated Bobby Roode & Scott D'Amore..INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & X-Division Champion Samoa Joe (Talked about his match with Scott Steiner)..X-DIVISION CONTENDERS 6-WAY: Senshi beat Alex Shelley and Petey Williams and Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt and Shark Boy.. Shark Boy was eliminated by Sonjay Dutt after a Standing Shooting Star Press..Alex Shelley was eliminated by Jay Lethal after a Full Nelspn Suplex..Jay Lethal was eliminated by Petey Williams after a Canadian Destroyer..Petey Williams was eliminated by Senshi after a Double Stomp from the top rope..Sonjay Dutt was eliminated by Senshi after a Double Stomp to the chest with Dutt caught in the Tree of Woe..Senshi (aka Low Ki) earns a shot at Samoa Joe's X-Division Championship this week on TNA iMPACT! Gail Kim was interfering in the match so a new girl (Canadian Jamie D.) hit the ring to attack Gail Kim!Late in the match, James Storm accidentally smashed his beer bottle over Chris Harris' head..AJ Styles to hit a frog-splash on Chris Harris followed by Chris Daniels hitting the Best Moonsault Ever to win! INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & Sting (Talked about the King of the Mountain Match)..IN THE RING: Mike Tenay.. They played a great video featuring highlights of Total Nonstop Action over the past four years..Mike Tenay introduced the new "Public Face of TNA Management" ------------------ Jim Cornette!!Jim Cornette raved about the previous match saying it was what tag team wrestling was supposed to be..Jim Cornette put over TNA as the new face of wrestling and added he was tired of looking at the old one..Jim Cornette talked about Panda Energy hiring people who had old grudges to settle and other calamities..Jim Cornette said he was in TNA to protect Panda Energy's investment in TNA Wrestling..Jim Cornette finished up by saying he wouldn't back down for anybody who wanted to test him.. INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & Scott Steiner (Talked about his match with the undefeated Samoa Joe)..NON (X-DIVISION) MATCH: Samoa Joe defeated "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner..INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & NWA World Champion Christian Cage (Talked about King of the Mountain)..KING OF THE MOUNTAIN MATCH FOR THE NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Christian Cage vs Jeff Jarrett vs Abyss w/James Mitchell vs Ron Killings vs Sting..The rules state that when a wrestler is pinned they must spend two minutes in the Penalty Box..The wrestler who scored the pinfall is then eligible to win if he can mount the NWA title above the ring..Larry Zbyszko was at ringside in charge of putting wrestler's into the penalty box and releasing them on time..Ron Killings pinned Jeff Jarrett -- thus sending Jarrett to the penalty box and making Killings eligible..Christian Cage pinned Abyss -- thus sending Abyss to the penalty box and making Christian Cage eligible..Jeff Jarrett pinned Ron Killings -- thus sending Killings to the penalty box and making Jarrett eligible..All four men then brawled into the crowd, and when Ron Killings was released he tried to go hang the belt..Abyss clued in and jumped back into the ring and tipped the ladder over, sending Ron Killings crashing down..Abyss pinned Jeff Jarrett -- thus sending Jarrett to the penalty box and making Abyss eligible..Abyss climbed the ladder, but Sting knocked him off, sending Abyss crashing through a stack of Tables!Christian Cage was about to hang the belt when Larry Zbyszko jumped in and pushed Cage out of the ring!!Sting whacked Larry Zbyszko and used the unconscious Earl Hebner to count the pin to make himself eligible..Sting grabbed the NWA belt and was about to hang it above the ring when Christian Cage stopped him..Earl Hebner got up and screwed both men, sending them crashing to the floor..Jeff Jarrett then climbed and hung the NWA belt to win the match! CONCLUSION: Jim Cornette came out and confiscated the NWA World title and said he would make a decision on iMPACT! And that's a wrap folks...
