By attending a Pacifica Institute event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. These materials may be used by Pacifica Institute in publications, on its website, and in other media formats, without compensation or further notice.

By your presence at the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded and to the use of your image, voice, and likeness for the purposes stated above. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a Pacifica Institute staff member upon arrival.
