Nine months later, another Canadian boxer is taking the same decision: the welterweight Kevin Bizier, from Qu�bec City. Bizier will get a rematch with the Montrealer Romanian Jo Jo Dan December 19th at the Qu�bec City Colis�e, just before the presentation of the fights Stevenson-Sukhotsky and Dirrell-Edwards. Over 150 boxers around the world are associated to Haymon, and Bizier is the last acquisition. �Why join the Haymon�s team? I am closer than ever to a participation to a world championship bout, and no doubt in mind, I will have more chances to get a world title match with Haymon as negotiator, and probably more chances to get good purses, said Bizier, who has Yvon Michel from the GYM Group, as promoter. This rematch with Jo Jo Dan will be sanctioned as an IBF elimination bout, then, I don�t lie when I am mentioning I am closer than ever to a worth title fight. I really believe I will win this rematch and 2015 will become the most important and lucrative year of my pro boxing career.� Bizier (23-1-0) is ranked sixth contender by the IBF, Dan (33-2-0) is ranked first contender by the IBF, sixth by the WBC and eight by the WBA. November 30th 2013 in the ring of the Qu�bec City Colis�e, Dan won a controversial split decision over Bizier.
