Friend and teacher Rama Jyoti left our world on Monday, November 23, 2020, due to natural causes. Those close to her continue to process this sudden and profound loss.

On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, a vigil was held in Albuquerque, at the home of Rama's daughter Mira, followed by a caravan of family and friends to La Puerta natural burial ground near Belen, NM. Those present bid farewell to Rama Jyoti

with readings and prayers before she was laid to rest according to her wishes. ​

This special tribute event, sponsored by GiveBack Yoga Foundation University, is being delivered to honor Rama’s legacy. It is planned by some who knew Rama best, daughter Mira Murphy, program manager/friend Ginny Beal, and friends Hansa Knox, Sraddha Hartung.

This webinar will include a panel discussion with Rob Schware, Sraddha Hartung, Mira Murphy, Ginny Beal, Hansa Knox, David Lipsius and Maha El-Sheikh, and seek questions from the audience.

Registration requires creating a Union account. Select a ticket quantity. It is not necessary to change the payment amount from $0.00. If you choose to pay, all funds support the Give Back Yoga Foundation, a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization.​
