The James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) is pleased to name Drs. Kathleen Dyer and Raymond Hall as our most recent award recipients. Dyer and Hall, both professors at California State University Fresno, have a record of encouraging scientific curiosity and critical thought about the natural world, and conducting research into educational strategies for effectively addressing pseudoscientific beliefs.

The JREF award is given each year to persons or organizations that best represent the spirit of the foundation and the legacy of James “The Amazing” Randi. We hope that this award helps Dyer and Hall to continue their essential work.
