A scattered crofting settlement at the northern end of the Trotternish Peninsula on the Isle of Skye, Kilmaluag lies 5 miles (8 km) north northwest of Staffin and 7 miles (11 km) north northeast of Uig. An artist couple built a modernist eco-house here in 2011 which was featured on the Channel 4 television programme Grand Designs.
