Hydraulic fracturing technology is used to enhance well production in the oil industry. This method of intensifying oil production has proven itself over many years of work (it has been used for more than 50 years). It consists in injection of fracturing fluids into wells (as a rule, water, proppant and reagents) under high pressure in order to form highly conductive cracks.

Drilling equipment

One of the areas of manufactured equipment of the plant of JSC Sibneftemash is the production of equipment for drilling oil and gas wells. So, in our factory, the production of drilling equipment is carried out with the help of modern technology, the park of which has more than 350 units. It includes metal-cutting, welding, painting, lifting and other equipment that allows to produce products that successfully compete with analogues produced by European countries.

Modern equipment for drilling oil and gas wells must meet certain quality criteria. Our products have all the relevant certificates of quality, both domestic and international standards.

Devices (including settling tanks, horizontal tanks, oil and gas, gas separators, etc.) are used in process and field installations of the oil, gas, oil refining and petrochemical industries.

The devices are designed for liquid, gaseous and mixed media with a hazard class of not more than 3 in accordance with GOST 12.1.007, explosion category not higher than - IIA in accordance with GOST R 51330.11, and a group of explosive mixture not higher than T3 in accordance with GOST R 51330.5.

The medium must have a temperature not exceeding the boiling point of the liquid at the working pressure, and the temperature at which the elasticity of the liquid vapors may exceed the working pressure.

Block-complete equipment

Technological block - a complex or an assembly unit of technological equipment of a given level of factory readiness and manufacturing manufacturability, designed to carry out the main or auxiliary technological processes. The unit includes machines, devices, primary controls and controls, pipelines, supporting and serving structures, thermal insulation and chemical protection.
